Sale FAQs
Sale dates
- Our Summer Sale Event is scheduled to start late August. We are unable to hold any items for customers and cannot guarantee sizes will be restocked, we would advise you to place your order as soon as you can.
Restocks
- We cannot guarantee we will receive stock replenishments on particular styles/size, however were possible we will and we shall notify you providing you have provided your details to us for our waiting list.
Delivery Timescales
- During peak periods such as our Summer Sale, please allow an additional day for orders to be fulfilled & dispatched
- During our busy sale period, please allow an additional time for order to be fulfilled, dispatched and for returns to be processed and refunded.
- You will receive one email when we receive your returned goods and a second email once your good have been processed and a refund has been issued.
- If you are at all concerned we strongly advise you to email our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
Sale Returns Policy
- As normal you will have 14 business days to return your order for a refund. We are unable to facilitate exchanges.
- If you would like a different size, your order will be refunded and you will be able to repurchase the correct item.
Price Matching
- We do not price match. We will not adjust prices for items purchased prior to the sale. You can still return your items as long as they meet our returns conditions and repurchase at the sale price if you wish.

Further Discounting
- In the event of further discounts being introduced throughout the sale period, orders and refunds are fixed to the original purchase price.
Excluded Items
- Our site wide sale excludes all items in our High Summer and Apres Beach collection, and most items in our accessories collections.
- All sale items will be have a discount banner and visible updated discounted price shown.
