  • Upon sign-up, you will receive an email to confirm your subscription.
  • Once you have confirmed your subscription, you will then receive an email containing the discount code (check your spam folder if you don't see it). This may take a few minutes to show.
  • Once you receive the discount code, please enter this in the ‘gift card or discount code’ box at checkout and select apply. Please note your discount will not apply automatically to your order.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied to orders once they have been placed.

There may be exclusions depending on the type of promotional code. For example, some promotions are applicable to only our Cruise or Spring Summer collections.

When Can’t I Use a Promotional Code?

  • USA orders are sent with FedEx or UPS, at a flat shipping rate.
  • USA orders for same day processing should be placed before 2pm EST.
  • It may take 1-3 business days for orders to be dispatched.
