We cannot add additional items to orders once they have been placed.

You have 14 business days to return your items to us for a full refund or exchange. To process a return or an exchange, please follow these steps:

We offer complimentary returns for all domestic orders.

If you are returning from outside of the USA mainland, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the costs.

It is imperative to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number to guarantee a refund. We are not liable for goods that do not reach us.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reach your account after your return is processed.

Please ensure to obtain a proof of postage receipt for your return.

Melissa Odabash swimwear fits small to size; therefore, we would advise to size up from your normal swimwear size.

Different styles have different coverage, we advise keeping this in mind when selecting your size.

Melissa Odabash Beachwear fits true to size and is often designed to have a relaxed fit.

We advise items are rinsed before first time wear as fabrics may not be completely color fast.

Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics and to ensure your Melissa Odabash swimwear & beachwear remains in perfect condition, please follow the care guidelines to ensure longevity:

SWIM CARE:

Rinse after wearing.

Hand wash with a very mild detergent.

Reshape whilst wet.

Do not tumble dry, do not iron.

Sun block, lotions, oils, and chlorine can cause discolouration - this is not a manufacturing defect.

Melissa Odabash swimwear comes with a reusable, waterproof pouch which is perfect for storing your swimwear.

Lay flat to dry, away from strong sunlight.

'Ribbed' & 'Ridges' swimwear fabrics are easily prone to snagging, please ensure to keep away from rough surfaces.

BEACH CARE:

Hand wash with a very mild detergent in cold water.

Some items are dry clean only, please check the label before washing.

Lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight.

Sunblock, lotions, oils, and chlorine can cause discoloration.

Knit or crochet garments must be stored folded and not hung.

Do not tumble dry, do not iron.

Please note that beachwear styles that are made from 100% viscose are subject to possible shrinkage therefore we would kindly remind you to take extra care when washing and drying these garments.

ACCESSORIES:

Use a damp soft cloth/sponge (nothing with a rough service that could cause abrasions).

Wash grubby areas only with a very mild detergent.

Melissa Odabash garments are made with premium quality fabrics, and we design them to last for many seasons, however if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact shopUSA@odabash.com and we would be happy to review the matter for you.

Melissa Odabash offers a range of E-Gift cards, the perfect gift for someone special. Valid online only with no additional processing fees.

If your order is a gift and you would like this to be gift wrapped in our branded Odabash packaging. This can be selected at checkout.

Please be advised that gift wrapping includes branded tissue paper and a branded gift pouch.

Outside of USA

Destination Estimated Timescale - Outside of USA (Canada): 8-14 business days. Duties and taxes are calculated up front at checkout.
Occasionally due to situations beyond our control, third-party delivery partner deliveries may take longer, so we advise you to monitor your tracking. However, if you haven't received your order within the timescale expected as detailed on your dispatch email, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible.

All international orders are sent via our Passport Shipping service which will arrive within 8-14 business days.

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Melissa Odabash purchase, however if you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 14 business days from the date of delivery for a refund.

If you return item(s) outside of our returns period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund and instead a credit note will be issued.

The item(s) must be returned in its original condition & packaging, with all labels and hygiene strips intact. In the interest of hygiene, we request you wear underwear when trying on your swimwear.

We cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

Please note we do not refund the cost of shipping as we provide labels for free returns. We do not refund import fees or duties for non-US orders. 

If you are unable to return your order inside of the 14 business day time frame please contact us at shopUSA@odabash.com at your earliest convenience.

Returns received outside of the 14 business day time frame may be accepted at the discretion of our customer care team, and may only be refunded in the form of an e-gift card. Your e-gift card can only be redeemed online and is valid for one year from the date issued.

The item(s) should be returned to us unworn, in its original condition & packaging, with all labels and hygiene strip intact.

Any swimwear returned without its zip lock swim bag will not qualify for a full refund and you will be deducted $5 per swim bag not returned to us.

Jewelry must be returned unworn in its jewelry pouch, with any tags attached. Please note that earrings are non-returnable and therefore not eligible for a refund, due to hygiene reasons.

Sandals must be returned in their dust bag. When trying on, please stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.

We may refuse to refund your purchase if we receive damaged goods. We will return the damaged goods to you.

Please ensure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit; it is the customer’s responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse.

E-Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Personalized items are non-returnable and therefore not eligible for a refund.

Please note any items returned which do not adhere to these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Due to the luxurious Italian cut, Melissa Odabash swimwear fits small to size - therefore we would advise for you to size up to achieve the swimwear size we think you will feel most confident in.  Please see our fit guide for more details on signature Odabash styles. Our beachwear fits true to size, but due to the bohemian flare of the styles they have been designed for a loose and relaxed fit.

All swimwear sizing is displayed in US sizing from 2-12, some styles are now available in a size 14 as part of our curve swimwear. Our models wear our sample sizes which is a US size 6. Beachwear sizes are available from XS-XL subject to the product and some styles may be one size.

Melissa Odabash aims to provide a truly personalized beach silhouette for all shapes and sizes. We offer the flexibility to select your bikini top and bottom size, which is why our tops and bottoms are sold individually.

For one pieces, if you are larger on the bottom with a smaller size bust, we would generally advise to size up. If in doubt please email our customer care team who will be happy to help.

We have listed our model’s measurements at the bottom of each individual product to provide a visual guide for the sizing of each product. Our sample size is a US size 6. If you have any doubts please refer to our size guide or contact our customer service team via email.

If a product is out of stock, you can sign up to receive back in stock notifications on the product page.

Yes most of our fabrics offer SPF protection, where applicable this has been listed on the product bullet points on the product page below the description.

Opt for the classic Grenada style, which features a tie fastening and an adjustable neck tie providing optimum comfort. A fuller bust should never have to compromise on style.

Bikini Bottoms:
