Poolside Style is Melissa Odabash's curated poolside edit: crochet mini dresses, coordinating separates, a cutout swimsuit and matched dress-and-bikini pairings in crochet, cotton, viscose and swim fabric, built for a full day from morning swim to evening drinks. A day by the pool rarely stays in one outfit - a swimsuit for the morning swim, something to throw on for lunch, another layer once the sun moves around. This edit is built around that sequence rather than any single piece, gathering the pairings Melissa Odabash's design team returns to season after season - two decades of dressing the same resort mornings and afternoons means these pairings are proven, not guessed at. Coco Bronze Dress and Ellis Navy Cover-up, crochet mini dresses, lead the walk from lounger to lunch table without a change of outfit. Polly Terracotta Top and Helena Terracotta Shorts form one coordinating cotton set, Ziggy Marine Shirt and Trisha Marine Trouser another in a softer viscose weave, both ready-made pairings rather than separate pieces to match yourself. Daytona Bronze Swimsuit, a cutout swimsuit in premium Italian swim fabric, anchors the swim side of the edit, a single striking cut that needs nothing more than a good pair of sunglasses. Devon Bronze Bikini Top, a bandeau bikini top finished with a stone-inspired trim, pairs with the matching Annabeth Bronze Skirt skirt for the walk between pool and bar, while Liliana Brown Dress, a brown cotton dress, slips over the Riva Brown Bikini Top bikini in the same warm tone for an evening that starts on the sun loungers. Add a wide-brimmed hat and an oversized tote for the rest of the day.
