Halterneck is Melissa Odabash's necktie swimwear collection: bikinis and one-pieces in premium Italian swim fabric with SPF 50+ protection, built to carry a swimsuit weight at the neck rather than the back. Suited to a customer who wants a construction proven over repeated wear rather than reinvented each year. Melissa Odabash's approach to fit has always started with the same question: where does the weight of a swimsuit actually need to sit. For a halterneck, the answer is the neck rather than a wire beneath, and this edit spans the Core and seasonal ranges built entirely around getting that one answer right, season after season, rather than reinventing the construction each year. Brussels Black Bikini Top, an underwired halter bikini top, remains the benchmark for structure, while Grenada Black Bikini Top, a trimmed halter bikini top, softens the same idea into a lighter shape, and Tampa Black Swimsuit, a halter neck one-piece swimsuit, carries the construction into fuller coverage. Cancun Black Bikini Top and Miami Black Bikini Top, triangle-cut halter bikini tops, bring a smaller, more minimal shape for lighter days. Every style resists chlorine and sun oils with SPF 50+ protection while holding its shape through repeated wear. Pair a Halterneck Bikini top with a fuller-coverage bottom for extra support, or take Tampa into evening with a kaftan from Beachwear. The strap does the work; the rest is simply styling, and a halterneck rarely needs re-tying twice in an afternoon.
