Swimwear Care
- Rinse thoroughly after wearing.
- Hand wash with a very mild detergent.
- Reshape whilst wet.
- Lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight.
- Do not tumble dry or iron.
- Sunblock, lotions, oils and chlorine may cause discolouration. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
- Your Melissa Odabash swimwear comes with a reusable, waterproof pouch, ideal for storing your swimwear.
- Ribbed and ridged fabrics are particularly susceptible to snagging. Keep away from rough surfaces and abrasive materials.
Beachwear Care
- Hand wash in cold water with a very mild detergent, unless the care label states otherwise.
- Some styles are dry clean only. Always check the garment care label before cleaning.
- Lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight.
- Do not tumble dry or iron.
- Sunblock, lotions, oils and chlorine may cause discolouration.
- Knit and crochet garments should be stored folded rather than hung, to help maintain their shape.
- Beachwear styles made from 100% viscose may be susceptible to shrinkage. Take extra care when washing and drying, and follow the garment care label.
Accessories Care
- Clean using a soft, damp cloth or sponge. Avoid rough or abrasive materials that could scratch or damage the surface.
- For soiled areas, use a very mild detergent and clean gently.
Delivery
Orders placed Monday–Thursday will be dispatched within 2–3 business days. Orders placed Friday–Sunday will not be dispatched until after the following Monday.
For same-day processing, orders must be placed before 2pm EST. Please allow up to 2–3 business days for dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We currently do not offer expedited delivery.

Returns & Refunds
You have 14 business days from the date you receive your order to return your items for a full refund.
To arrange a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions provided.
Complimentary returns are available for all domestic US orders.
Customers returning items from outside mainland USA are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage and a tracking number when returning your order. We cannot accept responsibility for items that do not reach our warehouse.
Once your return has been received by our warehouse, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
Once your return has been processed and the items meet our returns policy requirements, you will receive an email confirming your refund.
Please allow a further 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
