For same day processing, orders must be placed before 2pm EST. Orders may take up to 2-3 business days to be dispatched to you (excluding weekends and public holidays).
We currently do not offer expedited delivery.
Once your order is dispatched it should be received within 3-10 working days depending on your location.

Orders outside of the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the customer’s responsibility to pay. You may want to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to make yourself aware of what you may be expected to pay.

Returns & Refunds
You have 14 business days from the day you receive your package to return your items to us for a full refund.

We offer complimentary returns for all domestic orders.
If you are returning from outside of the USA mainland, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the costs.
It is imperative to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number to guarantee a refund. We are not liable for goods which do not reach us.

Once our warehouse receives your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
Once your return is processed and your pieces have met our return policy standards, you will receive an email with your refund notification.
